The Spacer GIF, is just a clear image, but an effective one ;o) It's a neat little gif, that definately comes in handy when you're in a tight spot. This nifty gif is more helpful than anything else out there and here I'll explain why and what it actually does.

Maybe you'll never use it, but one day you just might. I know I have, when I got in such a mess when using normal HTML coding when I first started out creating a website a while back. Oh boy was I ever thankful for the spacer GIF.

Ok here's an explanation of what it can do. It creates a space in between your text or images on your pages from 1 pixel in width and height, to any given width and height that you may require an empty space in between your text or images. Just like any other image, you have to make sure you upload the spacer GIF to your web host.

The spacer GIF is definately a useful tool, let's say you wanted a gap between either some text, or two images, well the spacer GIF comes in handy, and saves a lot of trouble using &nbsp; like so,

So if you wanted to use two images and space them out, it would be so much easier to use the spacer GIF here is an example using the spacer GIF to seperate two images...
