What Payment Methods will TimeWheels accept?
TimeWheels accepts Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Credit Card (through BidPay ONLY).
Timewheels also accepts your business or personal check, with a hold until absolutely clear(14-days max).
(Note: There is a $25 fee if your check comes back as insufficient funds, etc.)
How Long is my Reserved Item(s) Held for me?
Mailed Payments must arrive within 10-days, or Item(s) are subject to Sale.
During this time, Item(s) are marked as RESERVED on the Available Items page...
This means others may express interest in your Item(s) and may pay by BidPay on day-11.
In this case, your payment will be returned...if and when it does arrive late.
Only in this way, can we preserve everyone's Right to Purchase...especially yours!
How Long until I Receive Delivery from TimeWheels?
Due to cost of packaging materials and labor, packing is queued ONLY after:
Payment Arrives and/or check absolutely clears...
Please be patient, as the queue-time depends on the number of items
that will be shipping before yours. It is only fair to everyone.
If a personal/business check arrives, an order paid by M/O or BidPay queues 1st.
This is necessarily true even after 1-week from receiving that check.
Therefore, Please be Patient while your Order is Processed.
Will TimeWheels Accept Return of an Item?
We Appreciate your business and do our Best to Satisfy Customers!
We've been working with these parts for a LONG TIME, so we know what the general
condition of these parts will be in...if you actually could find them local to you.
Unless otherwise stated, these parts are USED and may therefore have typical wear/damage
that is to be expected for other than NOS (New-Old-Stock) merchandise.
We always try indicate any features that are Better or Worse than typical, for given parts.
Our pictures are meant to clearly show each item's condition along with a clear description.
If we accidentally deliver an item that is substantially different than shown
or described, simply contact us with an explanation/pictures of the problem for our review.
If applicable, you'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Use this number in all subsequent correspondences and have that RMA Number clearly
marked on the return-shipped package. Unauthorized Returns Will Delay the Process!
