Shard
Rules:
1. Trinity Staff has the final say in any interpretations of the rules.
2. Rules are subject to change at any time at the staff's discretion.
3. Read over all the rules from time to time. It is each player's responsibility to read
and abide by all rules. Failure to do so will not excuse you from punishment/banning
if you break any of the rules.
4. Have FUN on our shard, that is why it's here.
5. As this is a role-playing shard, all players are asked to give their characters an
appropriate name that fits within the context of a RP environment. In other words
no KeWl DoOd type names. It is at staff discretion as to whether a name is
appropriate or not, if it is deemed not to be appropriate you will be asked to choose
an alternate name, if you cannot come up with one the staff will be more than
happy to come up with one for you (however you may not like our choices as some
of us have twisted senses of humor) >:)
6. Anyone seen using the ranged spell or item tactic on the border of a town to kill
monsters while protected by guards will be jailed for a time to be determined by the
GM. And they may just get stuck in a jail cell with that monster! You have been
warned!
7. Player harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, i.e. sexual harassment,
constantly annoying another player, ECT. If any such incident occurs you will be
questioned and possibly disciplined.
8. Spamming near public areas, such as banks, shops, ECT. Will not be tolerated and
you will be jailed for a minimum of 24 hours.
9. Massive swearing is regarded as disrespectful to the shard and it's staff. This will
not be tolerated and you will be banned, no exceptions.
10. Unattended macroing IS NOT ALLOWED on this shard period. Any offense will
result in being banned from the shard.
11. Each player will receive a Newbie Chest, it is used to store items in without risk
of loosing them when slain in combat. You may only have one Newbie Chest on you.
The Newbie Chest can store a maximum of 15 items. Stackable items count as one
item, i.e. a stack of 20 ginseng is one item, and keyrings count as one item. NO
OTHER CONTAINERS are allowed in the Newbie Chest, i.e. no backpacks, pouches,
chests, ect. Having more than 15 items or having containers in your Newbie Chest
will result in being jailed for a minimum of 24 hours. Repeated offenses will result in
being banned from the shard.
12. If you disrespect a member of the Staff, i.e. backtalk/argue, do not follow
his/her directions or impersonate a Staff member ECT, you will be banned from the
shard.
13. Anyone caught using or exploiting bugs for any reason, will be banned from the
shard. NO EXCEPTIONS.

for more detailed rules on looting player corpses.
15. House looting is strictly forbidden and will result in being banned from the shard.
16. No one is allowed to have more than one player account, this includes anyone on the Trinity Staff. WE will be cross-checking IP addresses with player account names. If it is discovered you have more than one account here then ALL of your accounts will be deleted and your IP will be banned from our shard. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PvP
Rules:
PvP on Trinity is NOT ALLOWED. Exceptions are either GM run Arena tourney's or a
GM sanctioned guild war, and then only between players with the guild abbreviation
toggled on. No players not affiliated with the guilds at war may participate in the
PvP, i.e. No friends of guild players that are not aligned with said guilds.
Any players caught in PvP activity that is not sanctioned will be jailed for one real
life month or possibly banned from the shard on the first offense. On the second
offense the player will be permanently banned from the shard. NO EXEPTIONS.
The only looting that is allowed during a guild war is if a player is slain in combat
and a fellow guild mate retreives their things so they do not decay. This also applies
if players from the same guild are out dungeoun hopping and not in a guild war.
Other than this there will be NO LOOTING of any kind on this shard. Punishable
by instant banning.
