after 30 days. You can buy the full version at
this site as well.

There are other Paint programs you can use but
this is my favorite and its very easy to use, 
as well as being relatively inexpensive. You 
can use a simple Paint program like MSPaint
that you probably already have on your computer.
However you will be vey limited in designing your
skins with this program.
I should know it is the program I used to make my
first skins.

This is really the only tool you need to have to make 
skins. There are other programs you'll need if want to make
