Be specific:
The widespread success of the microsoft products has created a time of extrodinary turbulance and transition. They seem to be experiancing what is referred to as destructive creation. (What had been value creating for extended periods of time suddenly becomes obselete and superior and novel replacements spurt forth). Change is occurring at an ever-accelerating pace and it's getting hard to keep up. Hard to meet exponentially growing expectations.
