Present - Tauliver (Tech Analyst), David (PM), Alex (2nd Lead), Cindy and Juan

Absent - George

Discussion - Briefly discuss the details of the case study and how we would meet the requirements of the assignment. Note: no matter what task is assigned to individual members, ALL members are expected to read the case study, become familiar with all main points and actively participate in all groups meetings.

Contact List - A listing of everyone's email and phone was obtained for team distribution.

Assignments & Roles - It was determined that it would be best to assign individual tasks (questions) to each group member to complete

Group Meetings - We have agreed to tentatively meet for a period of time after class sessions to discuss the progress, problems encountered, etc on our individual tasks. Special meetings outside of this time frame will be scheduled as needed.

Attendance - all members are expected to attend scheduled group meetings but should the situation arises to where they cannot make it, they must let me know days prior to the meet. They will however be responsible for keeping informed and up to date on all team topics discussed.

Report Reviews

Report Length & Content - each report (question) is expected to be at least one page and not to exceed three pages. Reports should be precise, direct and to the point, citing examples, references, etc where need be.

First Draft Review - due Friday, 01/17/03, each member is required to present to the group a rough draft of their assigned task and to discuss problems or obstacles they may be encountering.

Second Review - due Friday, 01/24/03, feedback pertaining to changes, etc are expected to be added and or corrected to each report and resubmitted to the group for review and approval.

Final Review - due Friday, 01/31/03, at this time ALL final reports will be submitted to me, via email or disk, for proofreading, editing, and finally compiling. Once completed, I will work with each team member to assist in the preparation of slides for their oral presentation. All work will then be complied into our final report binder.

Presentation - is tentatively scheduled for Friday, 02/14/03. Each member is expected to present their findings to the class.

Project 2000 Schedule

A schedule of our progression through the completion of this project will be created and managed by myself. It will be made available for viewing to all team members and the instructor via email or hard copy prior to each scheduled meeting.

Other Items

Cindy and Alex would be unavailable to meet between 01/08/03 - 01/12/03 but agreed to have their portion of the assignment completed for review 1 (01/17/03).

I would contact George to update him on the team progress up to this point and provide him with his assigned task.
