Phoenix Wing - Chameleon Force

The Phoenix Wing, ever setting a course for further shadow games, has assigned Lt. Commander Aomori Kobayashi to create an elite team of assassins. While missions may vary based on individual need, one thing is for certain: theyll find a leak for your information, tap it, and be gone before youre even aware anything is afoot.

Aptly named the Chameleon Force, many of the members are sent in for deep cover assignments in the most unlikely of places. Your best friend or lover could be targeting you and youd never have a clue. Theyll slip in, learn your every move, then as actors playing a role will charm and accommodate you into trusting them. They can change their nature and attitude as though changing a skin, blending in with social surroundings as easily as a life long peer. They are ghosts in the social machine, Intel agents with the ability to deceive, decode, observe, and obliterate where necessary. They are experts in language, tactics and war, and a variety of other more personal skills, which only add to their effectiveness. They are quite deadly and if you make the wrong move, youll be the next unfortunate to meet that promised death head on.

Generally superior officers appoint members, but you can request a transfer to the unit - just be prepared to prove yourself. Ideally, the perfect candidate for the unit would be a hacker or Intel agent with battle experience and a capable adaptive nature. Because you are a specialist, you are not given military rank. However, if you plan to pilot a zoid, you will be required to complete the prerequisite 15 total missions, as would anyone else. Because their position is one involving highly classified materials, while they are on base Chameleon Force members enjoy the benefits of an officer with separate housing from the remainder of the faction. A reminder that specialist in the Phoenix Wing will receive only their allotted 8,000 monthly pay. Those in undercover operations will not be permitted to add the additional pay received from that position to their total. (i.e. If you are undercover as a captain elsewhere, you will not record the captains pay).
