Will I Ever Know?
Somebody please tell me what
It means to truly love somebody.
And how are we supposed to know
If that special someone loves us too?
The reason that I'm asking is because
I'n not exactly certain of what I am feeling!
Could it be love, or maybe it's lust,
A misunderstood friendship, somebody help!
See there's this guy I know, we've
Not been together too long, but I feel something,
I'm not sure what, or even how to tell
If he feels it too, am I making any sense?
You see, we've both loved before and
we got hurt really bad, he lost faith in
Trusting people, and I gave up on love!
Now I feel all sorts of things where nothing once was
I know there's something there
Because for once I feel my heart
