·       The notice to members is in the mail

·       Current officers have agreed to serve another term.  Elections will be formalized at the meeting after any other unlikely nominations from the floor.

·       The agenda includes Mr. Ike Mcleese who is the CEO of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and a recent appointee as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army.

·       The breakfast portion of the meeting will begin earlier this year at 0815 to accommodate a larger crowd and early eaters.

·       The Treasurer will provide the status of the fiscal standing.

Ms. Costello provided the latest information on renewals.  The telephone reminders have been very productive.  She and Dave and Lee will get together next week to purify the lists.

The appropriate board members submitted reports which will be repeated on the 26th.

Col.  Young reviewed our web site to include the costs which are quite reasonable.

Col. Robillard discussed the concept of piggy backing on Club functions for future meetings at the club.

 Respectfully submitted;

    Secretary,

    Col. US Army, Retired.
