o A Wine Case Lot Sale at the Class 6 and Main Store (1100-1600).
o A Side Walk Sale in conjunction with the Commissary’s case lot sale (1100-1600).
o Food Court hosts a BBQ with pulled pork and bone rib plates for $8.00 (SAT, 28 JUN 1200- 1400)
2) “Hercules” (Free Advanced Screening): FJ is scheduled for another Free Advanced screening movie. “Hercules” stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The free screening is scheduled for 12 JUL @ 1400. This will be our 7th free screening of the year, already meeting our total of last year's free screenings.
3) 2nd Annual FMWR Fitness Health Fair ( 25 AUG 1000-1400); free event at the Solomon Center. Vendors will be showcasing their health and fitness items, services, information and conducting health screenings.
4) Victory Thunder (VT) Motorcycle Rally: The VT rally is scheduled for 27 JUN @ 0930 hrs. The rally point for start of event is Hilton Field. Approximately 50 motorcycle riders are planned to participate in event. We will depart Hilton Field @ 1045 for "Thunder Run" to Thunder Tower. We look forward to a successful/safe event.

- Waterfall Residents: There are currently 111 residents-26 GEOs, 30 DoD civilians, 43 Retirees, and 12 Third Army residents.
- Balfour Beatty (BB) Special Offers for JUN: BB will provide water passes to E1-E6 personnel with move-ins during the month of JUN, but does not apply to pre-leased or previously assigned homes.
Retirees and civilian personnel will receive free pro-rated rent when signing a lease for a non-renovated home in PT 5 before 1 JUL, and active duty personnel will receive $150 off of monthly rent for a year when signing a new lease for a non-renovated home in PT 5. BB will also pay a referral bonus of $500 off of next month’s rent to current residents for any referral who signs a new lease.
